Fantasy Signal is operated by Joshua Hedley ("the seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Fantasy Signal is a fantasy football intelligence tool. It provides player valuations, trade analysis, lineup guidance, signals and statistics derived from publicly available NFL data. It is an analytical aid only — nothing in the service is financial, betting or professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property rights;
• Interfering with the service's security, including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping the service at scale;
• Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing plan limits.

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. NFL team names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

You must keep your account credentials confidential, provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
